LGBTQ and allies network

Kingsley Napley is committed to the LGBTQ community.

Our LGBTQ and Allies network was established in 2012 and is an active and engaging sub-group of Kingsley Napley's Diversity and Inclusion group. Our network celebrates days of specific LGBTQ importance throughout the year. We attend external events and hold monthly meetings where we come together to work towards an inclusive workplace. We create a supportive and welcoming space for LGBTQ and allies across the firm, which is reflected in our inclusive firm benefits and policies.  We are proud to be Stonewall Diversity Champions and members of the Law Society Diversity and Inclusion Charter.
