First Impressions Executive (Receptionist)

The First Impressions Executive supports the effective and professional running of the firm’s front of house and client services operation. In addition to delivering an exceptional client experience, the role carries enhanced responsibility for financial processing, reporting, data oversight, and senior‑level administrative tasks.

The role holder provides support to First Impressions Team Leader assuming responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of the team in the Team Leader’s absence. Responsibilities include supporting the Team Leader with task delegation, ensuring service continuity, consistency of quality of service, effective workflow management, providing day‑to‑day guidance to First Impressions team members and ensuring consistency and documentation of processes.

The Archiving Assistant is responsible for the management and maintenance of physical and electronic records throughout their lifecycle. The role supports efficient records management processes by coordinating archive storage activities, processing file closures, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, and ensuring timely destruction of files in accordance with retention policies.

The Senior Campaign & Social Media Executive will be responsible for the planning, creation and management of social media content and integrated campaigns across our channels, with a strong focus on strategic storytelling, audience engagement and measurable results. Collaborating closely with partners, lawyers, and talent attraction colleagues, you will be instrumental in promoting our brand, supporting key firm initiatives and driving meaningful engagement with our target audiences - from prospective clients and referrers to talent and the wider legal community.

Data Management & Governance Specialist (12 Month FTC)

The Data Management & Governance Specialist’s role is to strengthen the firm’s ability to manage, protect, and utilise its data effectively. The role focuses on building sustainable, firm wide data management foundations that improve data quality, reliability, discoverability, and consistency. It will also provide flexible operational support to the Data Protection Officer on time-sensitive data protection activities including DPIAs, DSARs, breaches, and updates to the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).
