Senior Business Development Manager (Investigations and Disputes)

The Senior Manager will act as a trusted adviser to partners and firm leadership, leading the development and execution of BD and marketing strategies, driving firmwide and practice‑specific growth initiatives, and providing proactive advisory support on firmwide campaigns.

You will have overall responsibility for Disputes and Investigations business development support, covering the Dispute Resolution, Criminal Litigation, Regulatory and Public Law practices. The role combines strategic leadership, line management and senior advisory support, working closely with partners, practice area leaders and the wider BD & Marketing team.

Revenue Controller

The Revenue Controller will work within a team of five and will be responsible for responsible for all areas of WIP management, billing and credit control. The team works to ensure the firm achieves and maintains healthy levels of WIP and debt, ensuring monthly billing and collection targets are hit and that all queries and concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
 
The Revenue Controller will work closely with their designated departments, meeting all partners and fee earners on a monthly basis. They will have various forms of contact with both corporate and private individuals so will be required to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
 
The successful candidate will ensure all billing and credit control responsibilities are completed to a high standard, adhering to internal service level agreements and SRA and HMRC compliance requirements.

Business Development Manager (Dispute Resolution)

We are looking for a committed and proactive individual to support the assigned practices and cross-firm groups / projects on tactics and processes. 

You will work closely with your assigned practices, nominated partners, cross-firm groups and the wider BD & Marketing team to execute plans, identify opportunities and overall build strategy; providing a high quality, proactive full range of business development and marketing support across Recognition, Reputation, Relationships and Revenue.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant acts in true business partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, providing a high level of professional and strategic support, taking on complex tasks and supporting on projects. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in managing daily administration for their stakeholders by anticipating their needs to enable their Executives to stay focused on their objectives, whilst acting as a gateway to resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise.  

This role will directly support five Executives, alongside working collaboratively as part of the wider EA team to provide general support to the entire Senior Leadership Team as required.
