Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Conflicts Manager

The role will involve people management of the team’s Paralegals and Analysts, and operational management of the CDD team which includes resource allocation, the delivery of team operational and strategic objectives, and acting as a technical advisor for complex CDD queries and team member escalations. 

The role will also include administration around new client matters, involvement with compliance projects and maintaining knowledge around the firm’s processes and industry standards to maintain excellent client service.

Practice Administrative Assistant

The Practice Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the Practice Support team; working collaboratively in close liaison with the Practice Assistants, supporting across Practice Areas to provide flexible, efficient and effective support with daily administration for their stakeholders.

Revenue Control Assistant

The Revenue Control Assistant will work within a team of six and will be responsible for assisting with the day to day duties of the Revenue Control function to provide billing and credit control support as required, adhering to internal service level agreements and SRA and HMRC compliance requirements.

Client Due Diligence & Conflicts Analyst (12 Month FTC)

The Client Due Diligence (CDD) & Conflicts Analyst will act as a technical specialist within the Business Acceptance department, responsible for conducting client due diligence and conflict checks, supporting risk management, and contributing to process improvement. The Analyst operates with autonomy and accountability, demonstrating sound judgement, proactive problem-solving, and effective stakeholder engagement. The role bridges operational delivery and strategic contribution. 

Practice Assistant (Family) - Part Time

The Practice Assistant is an integral part of fee earning teams; providing a high level of professional support to Partners and Fee Earners. The Practice Assistant is expected to take on complex tasks, support projects and provide departmental PA support, playing a critical role in managing daily administration for their stakeholders.
