The Senior Manager will act as a trusted adviser to partners and firm leadership, leading the development and execution of BD and marketing strategies, driving firmwide and practice‑specific growth initiatives, and providing proactive advisory support on firmwide campaigns.
You will have overall responsibility for Disputes and Investigations business development support, covering the Dispute Resolution, Criminal Litigation, Regulatory and Public Law practices. The role combines strategic leadership, line management and senior advisory support, working closely with partners, practice area leaders and the wider BD & Marketing team.

You will work closely with your assigned practices, nominated partners, cross-firm groups and the wider BD & Marketing team to execute plans, identify opportunities and overall build strategy; providing a high quality, proactive full range of business development and marketing support across Recognition, Reputation, Relationships and Revenue.
Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant acts in true business partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, providing a high level of professional and strategic support, taking on complex tasks and supporting on projects. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in managing daily administration for their stakeholders by anticipating their needs to enable their Executives to stay focused on their objectives, whilst acting as a gateway to resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise.
This role will directly support five Executives, alongside working collaboratively as part of the wider EA team to provide general support to the entire Senior Leadership Team as required.
