Events Manager (12 Month FTC)

The Events Manager (12 Month FTC) will centrally manage and oversee the firm’s external, internal and responsible business events programme. Working closely with colleagues in the BD & Marketing team, our key event personnel, practice areas and business support teams to plan and deliver a large number of in person, virtual and hybrid events per year for Kingsley Napley.
The Events Manager will be responsible for managing, overseeing, delivering and supporting attendance at both Kingsley Napley hosted events and at externally organised events locally and globally in support of the Business Development agenda.
Knowledge Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Knowledge Analyst to support our central Knowledge function. You will combine Knowledge Management expertise with a strong interest in AI-enabled tools to help deliver modern, efficient, insight-driven knowledge solutions across the firm.
This role focuses on managing know-how, with particular emphasis on AI-enabled knowledge management, curation, and innovation (such as capturing tacit expertise). You will play an active role in supporting and guiding the use of AI technology and LegalTech in ways that supplement and support traditional methods of delivering legal services.
Management Accountant (12 Month FTC)

The Management Accountant plays a key role in keeping the firm’s financial reporting running smoothly. Working within the Finance team, the role is responsible for a set of core monthly and quarterly accounting processes that support accurate management information, strong financial controls and timely reporting to stakeholders across the firm.
Alongside the existing Management Accountant, you will contribute to the monthly management accounts and provide support during the annual budget, reforecast and audit cycles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership of regular processes, is comfortable working with data and can balance accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy finance environment.
Practice Administrative Assistant

The Practice Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the Practice Support team; working collaboratively in close liaison with the Practice Assistants, supporting across Practice Areas to provide flexible, efficient and effective support with daily administration for their stakeholders.
