The Regulatory Case Support Paralegal will assist the department in its preparation of cases for the firm’s clients and in particular the General Dental Council (GDC) the Education Workforce Council (EWC), the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the General Optical Council (GOC) and the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA),) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
Regulatory Associate (1+ PQE)

The Regulatory Associate will run own litigation caseload to assist the Regulatory team in the provision of services to the firm’s professional discipline clients. Kingsley Napley acts for a number of regulators, preparing cases before their Fitness to Practise/disciplinary panels.
Regulatory Senior Paralegal

The role involves the investigation of cases of behalf of our Regulatory clients and the preparation of cases for Fitness to Practise/Disciplinary hearings. The management of cases will include consideration of papers received on instruction, liaising and speaking with witnesses in order to take statements from them, drafting witness statements, drafting instructions to experts, obtaining documentary evidence, attending conferences with Counsel and experts, liaising with witnesses and with the client, preparing bundles for hearings and overseeing tasks from Case Support Paralegals.
