What clients say
Thank you so much for all your hard work, you made this daunting experience so smooth & easy to understand, as well as executing the deal with such professionalism. [The Institutional Investor] were also singing your praises to us, and we would not hesitate in coming back to you for any additional legal work in the future. We will also of course refer anyone we encounter to you in the future. Thank you so much again, it was an absolute pleasure working with you!"
A startup in the retail space that raised £2.5m
Our overall experience of Kingsley Napley was excellent. As founders, we have always felt KN were on our side. Roberta was extremely thorough in her approach to our somewhat complex investment round, which involved several parties; anticipating potential pitfalls before we did; working up creative solutions to last-minute drafting issues; and succeeding in making a tiresome process a lot less dull than it could have been.
