The performance of kindness in medicine and its impact on medical negligence
Chris is an Associate in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team, having joined Kingsley Napley in 2014.
He has experience of working with clients that have sustained a range of injuries through medical negligence and personal injury, including brain injuries, injuries arising from birth, cases of incorrect and delayed diagnosis’ and psychiatric injuries. Chris also advises in relation to inquests and complex quantum issues (for example, loss of future earnings) and in relation to sexual abuse claims, having had the benefit of working for a number of years in criminal law.
Chris has a range of experience in a number of areas of law, including Criminal, Immigration and Court of Protection and now specialises in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. Throughout his career, Chris has worked on high profile matters, acted for FTSE 100 companies and individuals from a variety of backgrounds. He has been consistently praised for his excellent client care skills and client-focused approach.
