Harriet joined the Medical Negligence team as a Professional Support Lawyer in January 2023 having previously been a practising solicitor since 2011.
Harriet has extensive experience in healthcare law and is responsible for the knowledge development of the team.
In her practice prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Harriet was a Senior Associate specialising in claims for clinical negligence along with representation at inquests and medical regulatory work. Her practice is greatly enhanced by the experience she obtained working for both claimants and defendants. She was previously recognised in several editions of the Legal 500 and noted as being ‘efficient and tireless’ and a ‘rising star’.
In her claimant practice, Harriet’s specialisms included high value claims relating to delay in diagnosis of cancer, sepsis and mismanagement of medicines and dealing with mental capacity issues.
Harriet has a first-class honours degree in law.
