Laura is an Associate in the Medical Negligence & Personal Injury team, having qualified in September 2022.
Laura assists the Partners in the department on a variety of claims, including those where negligence has resulted in clients sustaining complex injuries during birth and procedures. She has experience in both medical negligence and personal injury claims and has a particular interest in multi-trauma and brain injury cases.
Laura studied law at university before starting her legal career as a paralegal. Whilst working as a paralegal, shea also completed her LPC and Masters in Law full-time, graduating with a distinction.
Laura is committed to justice being accessible to all and her pro-bono work for charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) has led to her being named on the Pro Bono Recognition List. Laura’s feedback from her work on the AvMA telephone helpline include:
