I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your work on my case. You’ve been consistently professional, organised, understanding and pragmatic throughout, and I really couldn’t have asked for better support. The whole process felt like it went really soothly and contributed to my acceptance of, and coming to terms with, what happened to me, and I’m very grateful for that.
