Kingsley Napley is pleased to announce the following changes to its Management Board:
IT Director, Ash Cooper, joins the Management Board with immediate effect, reflecting the importance of technology to the smooth functioning and future of the firm.
Ash joined Kingsley Napley in 2017 as IT Operations Manager and became Head of IT in 2018. In the last 5 years, Ash and his team have transformed Kingsley Napley’s IT systems and continue to ensure KN has the best possible technical solutions at its disposal to support its people and our clients.
In addition, in recognition of the roles they already perform at a strategic level, the existing non-partner Board members with titles of ‘Director’ will now become ‘Chief’ of their business function. Consequently, Ash Cooper becomes Chief Information Officer, Jemimah Cook Chief People Officer, and Leor Franks Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer.
Corinne Aldridge, Louise Hodges, Iain Miller and Ryan Mowat continue to be Partner board members at the firm sitting alongside Managing Partner Linda Woolley and Chief Finance & Operations Director Darren Jesse. The Management Board is chaired by Senior Partner James Fulforth.
