Back by popular demand, our next Tech Briefing will take place on Wednesday 4 March.
This in‑person breakfast panel session is designed to help tech businesses understand the changes likely to shape decision‑making in 2026, particularly in relation to data, AI and employment practices.
The session will focus on two areas that are moving quickly and carrying real operational impact for tech businesses:
Attendees will gain a clear view of what is changing, where pressure points are emerging, and how these developments may affect business strategy, governance and people management as the year ahead unfolds.
Chris Perrin, Partner, and Caroline Sheldon, Associate, from our Corporate Tech team will explore the Digital Omnibus proposals, including potential changes affecting GDPR, cookies, cybersecurity and AI.
Andy Norris, Partner in our Employment team, will cover reforms to the unfair dismissal regime and “fire and rehire” practices, new employer duties around the prevention of sexual harassment, expanded liability for third‑party harassment, changes to tribunal time limits, and updates to statutory sick pay and parental leave rights.
The briefing offers a practical opportunity to step back from day‑to‑day pressures and gain a focused update on developments that are likely to feature prominently in board and leadership discussions over the coming year.
Make sure to register today as seats are limited.
