employees are likely to force the agenda with remote working.
There’s a lot of anxiety about the current arrangements - some people worry about being away from the office for too long, some about the prospect of going back with all the safety concerns.
When things start to reopen, banks are likely to realise that some of their remote working practices have stuck, and they need fewer desks and meeting rooms and, ultimately smaller offices. This will be a long-term impact of Covid-19.”
