Adrian is a partner in the Employment Department and also deals with partnership matters. His practice has a particular focus on City, financial and professional services and he advises employers, partnerships, partners and senior employees. Many of his matters involve regulatory issues. He also has a particular interest in TUPE.

He has dealt with litigation in all courts and at all levels. He also has significant transactional experience having advised on significant transactions including acquisitions, outsourcings, IPOs and privatisations.

Over his long and varied career Adrian has represented banks, fund managers, brokers, insurers and professional services firms, demonstrating expertise in areas such as sexual misconduct in the workplace. He has also represented senior individuals including directors of public companies and professionals including bankers, lawyers, accountants and architects.

He focuses on securing the best commercial outcome for clients, often in situations where the future of their business or their career is at stake.
