Our Criminal Litigation experts Louise Hodges and Caroline Day have contributed to the latest edition of GIR’s ‘The Practitioner's Guide to Global Investigations’.
This 8th edition is a practical guide for all external and in-house counsel, compliance officers and accounting practitioners, covering the broad spectrum of law, practice and procedures that they may encounter when responding to an investigation in the UK, the US and across international jurisdictions.
In their chapter, “Witness Interviews in Internal Investigations: The UK Perspective”, Louise and Caroline provide a comprehensive overview of how to conduct a witness interview in the UK, as well as some of the benefits and risks of the different approaches that can be taken. You can read their chapter here.
We are also proud to feature among the world’s leading investigations practices in the latest 2023 release of the GIR 100. The list recognises firms globally that excel in managing intricate, cross-border, government-led, and internal investigations.
