Landmark High Court ruling confirms availability of civil remedies for criminally sanctioned Companies Act breaches

The title of the conference is “International Legal Challenges for 2015”, and the topics to be discussed at the six sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning include:

- Expanding the jurisdiction of the African court on human and peoples’ rights
