Tier 1 (Post Study Work) Route
The government is currently consulting on changes to the student visa system and is considering abolishing the Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) category. The public consultation will run until Monday 31 January 2011.

Friday 21st January was the deadline for submissions to the MAC regarding the review of the Graduate Occupation List which will be used in the UK Border Agency's plans for changes to Tier 2 of the Points Based System from April 2011.
