Peter is a partner in the Real Estate & Construction team with extensive experience on all aspects of construction and engineering projects, from procurement and the drafting and negotiation of contracts, to contract administration and the avoidance and resolution of disputes.
His practice spans the health, education, defence and science sectors and he has considerable expertise in advising on complex, large-scale commercial and high-end residential projects both in London and more widely across the UK. Peter has acted for a wide range of clients in the real estate and construction industries including developers, contractors, purchasers, tenants and funders.
Peter joined Kingsley Napley in 2021 from a major European commercial real estate developer and prior to that spent over four years working as a senior in-house construction lawyer for a publicly listed construction and infrastructure services contractor. He therefore brings to the firm and its clients a deep understanding of the commercial objectives of and challenges faced by individuals and businesses involved in construction and engineering projects.
