Mark is a Senior Associate in the Employment team who acts for employers and senior individuals. Mark advises employees who have been dismissed or discriminated against or employers who are dealing with difficult and complicated employment disputes.
Mark cut his teeth in employment law acting for trade union members. As a result, he understands the emotional effects of dismissal and discrimination. He therefore knows what his individual clients want, knows the pitfalls to avoid for employers and understands the sensitivities in unionised workforces.
Mark helps his clients reach favourable resolution of their disputes. Where this is not possible, he is an experienced litigator with an excellent track record at the employment tribunal. His calm and understanding approach helps his clients feel at ease. He gets to know his clients, ensuring they are comfortable discussing their employment problems openly and honestly.
