“Thank-you so very much for your help. Your calm and patient demeanour and clear competence really did take the stress out of all of it.”

Senior Executive, Financial services

Mark is a Senior Associate in the Employment team who acts for employers and employees. Mark advises individuals who have been dismissed or discriminated against or employers who are dealing with difficult and complicated employment disputes.

Mark cut his teeth in employment law acting for trade union members. Thanks to this experience, he knows the emotional effects of dismissal and discrimination. As a result, he knows what his individual clients want, knows the pitfalls to avoid when advising employers and knows the sensitivities in unionised workforces.

Mark helps his clients reach favourable resolution of their disputes. Where this is not possible, he is an experienced litigator with an excellent track record at the employment tribunal. His calm and understanding approach helps his client feel at ease. He gets to know his clients, ensuring they are comfortable discussing their employment problems openly and honestly.

“Mark has been utterly incredible during this rather challenging period in my life. He worked on my case for 18 months or so and was always been the legal and at times the emotional support I have needed. His patience and professionalism are faultless, and I feel so lucky to have had him assigned to my case.”

Senior Executive, Marketing

Mark was supportive in every sense, being concerned for my wellbeing as well as the legal situation. Mark helped me reach a successful outcome and I could not recommend his services more.”
