Jane is an Associate specialising in regulatory law.

Jane joined the Kingsley Napley Regulatory team in 2005, having studied law in Australia and completing her post-graduate studies in London.  She is dual qualified and is admitted to practise in England & Wales (2009) and Australia (2008).

Jane has extensive experience of investigating and presenting fitness to practise cases on behalf of a number of regulatory bodies including the Health and Care Professions Council, the regulatory body for fifteen health professions, and the National College for Teaching and Leadership. She has investigated and presented cases in England and Scotland in matters concerning allegations of lack of competence, sexual misconduct, clinical or professional failures and those involving patient deaths. She is an experienced advocate who presents cases of all levels of complexity.

Jane also provides advice to regulators on matters of law and procedure.
