Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Family Team. She advises UK and international clients in relation to all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on complex financial cases. 

Hannah has particular expertise in advising on:

  • all stages of divorce, dissolution and judicial separation proceedings, including international cases where proceedings could be issued in more than one jurisdiction;
  • financial arrangements following separation, specialising in complex cases involving business interests, trusts and overseas assets;
  • applications to enforce, vary or set aside existing financial orders, including spousal maintenance orders;
  • wealth protection, including drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements; and
  • arrangements for children following a separation and representing clients in contested Children Act proceedings, including relocation cases.

Hannah’s aim is provide clear and pragmatic advice to help clients resolve their issues in an amicable and cost effective manner, but also takes a firm and robust approach if contested court proceedings are necessary.

Hannah is experienced in dealing with international aspects in cases and her recent work has involved a number of other jurisdictions including the USA, the UAE, France, Spain, Cyprus, India and Nigeria.

Further information

Hannah studied Law at the University of Nottingham where she graduated with First Class Honours and obtained a Distinction on completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. 

Hannah trained at a full service regional firm where she gained experience in a number of areas of law and qualified as a solicitor in September 2016.  She has since been based in London, but also enjoys working for HNW clients living in the South West where she grew up.   

Hannah is a legal advice volunteer for Rights of Women, an organisation which supports women who are at risk of experiencing domestic violence.
