Georgia has versatile experience dealing with a wide range of employment law matters including dismissals, discrimination, equal pay, redundancies, restructuring, industrial relations, employee engagement, contract disputes, restrictive covenants and employment litigation.
Georgia acts for both employers and employees across all industries, with a particular focus on the financial sector.
Georgia has a broad range of experience in Employment Tribunal proceedings representing clients in claims primarily for discrimination, equal pay and unfair dismissal.
Georgia also provides advice on day-to-day employment law matters including settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance processes, long-term sickness absence, changes to employment terms, flexible and hybrid working and family leave.
Georgia studied Law at the University of Birmingham before completing her Legal Practice Course at BPP in Holborn, gaining a distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2018 and joined Kingsley Napley LLP as an Associate in August 2021.
