I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent service I received from Catherine Bourne. Her advice was spot on and her written responses to the other side captured my instructions brilliantly. She was insightful and supportive, and she negotiated a better settlement than I had hoped for. She is a credit to your firm."
