Catherine often advises individual clients who are going through difficult circumstances at work, guiding them through disciplinary and grievance processes and, where appropriate, negotiating an exit. She also has experience assisting employer clients with complex cases, helping them to minimise the risk of litigation and reputational damage.

Catherine has acted for numerous corporate and charitable clients as well as high net worth and senior individuals, particularly those in the Financial Services sector. She also has experience acting for clients in the education and medical sectors and is able to manage highly sensitive cases.

Catherine studied English & Italian Literature at the University of Warwick, before completing the GDL and LPC. Prior to becoming a solicitor, she was an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2018 and joined Kingsley Napley LLP in September 2019.

Since April 2018 Catherine has been a trustee of Central London Samaritans, a charity which provides confidential listening and emotional support services with a view to reducing the number of suicides in the United Kingdom.
