Kingsley Napley reports solid financial results in 2024/25 with revenues of £71.7m (12 month equivalent)

25 July 2025

In a year in which the firm adjusted its accounting period to align with the HMRC basis period reforms, Kingsley Napley LLP has reported revenue of £65.8m in its results for the 11 months to 31 March 2025. This represents an 11-month PEP of £371k, with profit at £19.7m.

On a 12-month basis, revenue is estimated to be £71.7m, an increase on last year’s figure of £71.3m to 30 April 2024, while profits and PEP are £21.5m and £405k respectively. The profit margin is 30%, compared to 31% in the previous year.

The financial year 2024/25 saw the run up to the planned change in senior leadership, and on 1 April the firm’s long serving Managing Partner Linda Woolley handed over to her successor Matt Meyer. Investment priorities in the year included IT infrastructure and innovation, particularly in relation to AI tools. The firm also continued to invest in its professional services regulatory practice and bringing in additional partners for IT and outsourcing work.

Matt commented:

I would like to thank my predecessor, Linda Woolley, for delivering these results in her final year as Managing Partner. They represent a stable foundation on which the firm can begin a new chapter.

Following our record year in 23/24, we have been pleased to continue trading at that level. As planned, the last year has been one of consolidation and transition and we are now very well placed for the next phase of our evolution and growth.

Over the coming year, our leadership team will be implementing a refreshed strategy which reinforces our identity, offers clear commercial direction and bolsters our reputation in the market in key practice areas. My priority is to continue to attract and retain the very best people and, with our ambitious goals, ensure that we are well positioned to support clients in this rapidly changing landscape.”
