Kingsley Napley announces 2026 partner promotions

Kingsley Napley LLP is proud to announce two promotions to its partnership this year. This brings the total number of partners at the firm to 90 (56% of whom are female).
 

Our new partners from today are:

Kirsty Churm (Employment): Kirsty has worked at Kingsley Napley for over 12 years, most recently as a Legal Director. She advises employers, senior employees and partners. Her practice comprises all aspects of employment law and employee relations issues, with a particular focus on professional services and regulated sectors. Kirsty has developed a strong reputation for handling complex whistleblowing and discrimination litigation, performance management issues, disciplinary and grievance matters, restrictive covenants, and negotiated exits. 

Olivia Stiles (Family):  Olivia joined Kingsley Napley as a trainee over 14 years ago. She undertakes a full range of private family law work, including complex financial cases, pre and post-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements and children matters, both domestic and international. Olivia is also expert in surrogacy, fertility law and alternative routes to parenthood. Much of her work has an international elements and involves HNW individuals and City professionals with modern family structures. She is recognised in the Legal 500 and in Chambers and was listed in the Pro Bono Recognition List 2025.
