Planning disputes are among one of the many challenges awaiting the new Government, which has vowed to “bulldoze through” England’s planning system with a three-pronged approach.
On the Government’s proposals, Charles Richardson was recently quoted in The Times and several other publications saying:
Landowners generally wouldn’t favour Labour, but I think this is something that could be an advantage for them..”
