After months in lockdown, we are seeing a gradual relaxation of the restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic which, whilst a welcome move forward, is also posing a number of difficult and challenging issues for employers as businesses re-open and employees return to work.
In light of the numerous questions we are receiving from clients, Nikola Southern and Bina Patel from our Employment Team and Emma Fowler from our Immigration Team hosted a webinar with an overview of the key legal issues faced by UK employers as we emerge from lockdown on Thursday 10 September 2020.
This webinar was presented for information purposes only based on the guidance and legislation in force at the time of recording (10 September 2020). Some aspects may have changed since with the Government’s latest guidance on return to work. The information provided does not constitute legal advice and specialist advice should be sought in individual circumstances.
