Jane is an Associate in the Regulatory and Professional Discipline Department and specialises in investigating fitness to practise cases for regulators.

Jane has extensive experience of investigating and presenting fitness to practise cases on behalf of a number of regulatory bodies, currently including the Architects Registration Board (ARB), the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA), the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the General Optical Council (GOC). Jane leads investigations into complex matters concerning allegations of lack of competence, sexual misconduct, dishonesty offences, and clinical or professional failures. Jane has extensive experience in handling vulnerable and reluctant witnesses. Jane also provides advice to regulators on matters of law and procedure.

Jane has been involved in pro bono projects for the charity, Amicus.

Jane joined the Kingsley Napley Regulatory team in 2005, having studied law in Australia and completing her post-graduate studies in London. She is dual qualified and is admitted to practise in England & Wales (2009) and Australia (2008).
