Tom is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team and is experienced in a range of commercial and residential property matters. Tom acts for property investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants and has particular expertise in the following areas:
 

  • Acquisition and disposal of investment property including portfolios
  • Site acquisitions and disposals for commercial, residential and mixed use development
  • Lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Secured lending, acting for lenders and borrowers
  • Asset management for landlords
  • Residential sales and purchases for high net worth individuals

RECENT WORK

  • Acting for a developer on the purchase of a central London site and the subsequent pre-let agreement and lease of the commercial units for £44 million
  • Acting for an investor on the purchase and subsequent refinance of 13 residential units in central London for £11 million
  • Advising a multi-national company on the purchase and leases of various commercial sites, including both office and factory space
  • Acting for a developer on the purchase of a development site and subsequent sale of 20 new build houses
  • Acting for a landlord on the leases of 22 new build residential apartments

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

Tom joined Kingsley Napley in 2015 and qualified in 2017.

In his spare time Tom enjoys a number of sports and currently represents his local Rugby club. He has also spent time teaching in Kenya and travelling across South America and East Africa by motorbike.
