Sophie is an Associate in the Regulatory Team at Kingsley Napley, specialising in fitness to practice investigations.
Sophie leads investigations into the conduct of regulated professionals on behalf of a range of regulatory bodies, including the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA), the Education Workforce Council (EWC), and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Sophie investigates a variety of cases of alleged professional misconduct, often involving serious, sensitive and complex issues. Sophie has extensive experience in obtaining evidence from vulnerable witnesses. Sophie is pragmatic in her approach to investigations and regularly receives positive feedback on her efficiency and overall approach.
Sophie initially joined the firm in 2016, becoming Head Legal Assistant, before leaving to complete her training Contract at a small commercial city firm, and returning again in 2022.
