Olivia joined Kingsley Napley in August 2021 as a Senior Paralegal in the corporate immigration team. She assists with a wide variety of applications, including Skilled Worker and ICT applications, settlement applications, Appendix FM applications and applications under the EU Settlement Scheme.
Olivia completed her Bachelors of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Exeter before going on to study for her Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law at SOAS, University of London. Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Olivia worked as an Asylum and Immigration paralegal for a small firm in North London, assisting with asylum and human rights applications, criminal deportation, Judicial Reviews and complex appeals at the First-tier and Upper-tier Tribunal (IAC).
In her spare time, Olivia volunteers as a youth caseworker for a small community based charity in Tooting, where she helps unaccompanied young asylum seekers to access services and support in London.
Olivia has previously lived in Lebanon where she worked for an NGO providing support to Syrian refugees and the vulnerable Lebanese community. She also studied Arabic in Jordan and continues to work on improving her Arabic now she’s back in the UK.
