Natasha joined Kingsley Napley in October 2020 as a Legal Assistant.
Natasha works for several regulators in professional disciplinary matters including the Education Workforce Council (EWC), Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Natasha has investigated and prepared fitness to practise cases in matters concerning allegations of lack of competence, sexual misconduct, clinical or professional failures and those involving patient deaths. Natasha has particular experience of investigating cases on behalf of the HCPC involving multiple service users, and wide ranging allegations.
Natasha graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in French, Spanish and Management. Natasha then went on to do a Masters in Real Estate, where a module in law peaked her interest in the subject. Natasha proceeded to do the GDL at BPP University. Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Natasha worked at a high street law firm that specialised in immigration and housing.
