Natasha is an Associate who joined Kingsley Napley in October 2020.

Natasha works for several regulators in professional disciplinary matters including the Education Workforce Council, Teaching Regulation Agency and General Dental Council.

Natasha graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in French, Spanish and Management. She later pursued a Masters in Real Estate, where a module in law peaked her interest in the subject. Natasha proceeded to do the GDL at BPP University and gained valuable experience working at a high street law firm that specialised in legal aid, immigration and housing before joining Kingsley Napley. Natasha has since embarked on qualifying through the SQE route.

Outside of work Natasha is a keen traveller, and yoga and Muay Thai enthusiast.

RECENT WORK

  • EWC v SA – acted for the Education Workforce Council in respect of a teaching assistant who was arrested on criminal charges of human trafficking, child abduction and conspiracy to commit theft. The Panel imposed a prohibition order on the Registrant.
  • TRA v PS – acted for the Teaching Regulation Agency in respect of a teacher who had been convicted of child and animal offences. The Teacher was prohibited from teaching.
