Mark is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.

He acts for claimants and defendants and has a wide range of litigation experience working on a variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of trust and contractual disputes. Mark also has experience of dealing with civil fraud claims.

Mark also acts for individuals and companies in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.

He also acts for individuals on media and reputation matters, including pre-publication and post-publication advice and in respect of Google ‘right to be forgotten’ requests.

Mark joined Kingsley Napley as a paralegal in 2011 and completed his training contract with the firm in 2016. He is also a member of the Kingsley Napley Diversity & Inclusion group and the LGBTQ and allies network.

Mark grew up in Tokyo and is fluent in Japanese.
