Louise Murphy-King
Louise is an Associate Solicitor within the Regulatory department.
Louise is primarily responsible for investigating and preparing fitness to practise cases on behalf of regulatory bodies in the fields of education and healthcare. She has extensive experience dealing with complex cases, including those involving sexual misconduct and dishonesty.
Prior to re-joining Kingsley Napley in 2016 (having previously worked as a Legal Assistant at the firm between 2010 and 2012), Louise worked in both the regulatory and litigation sectors. The latter mainly involved defending clinical negligence claims brought against doctors, nurses, NHS Trusts and various companies on the instruction of medical defence organisations and insurers.
