Kate joined the Immigration team as an Associate in January 2022 and is a member of the department’s corporate client team.
Kate is experienced in assisting a wide range of clients with their UK immigration and nationality applications, with a particular emphasis on corporate immigration. She advises on a broad range of UK immigration matters including:
Sponsor licence applications;
sponsor compliance and the prevention of illegal working;
Skilled Worker and Intra-Company applications;
applications for settlement and British citizenship; and
advising on the UK business visitor provisions.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Kate worked at Laura Devine Immigration for six years and gained extensive experience in both corporate and general immigration matters.
Advising corporates on employee right to work checks and their reporting and record keeping duties as licensed Skilled Worker/Intra-Company sponsors;
Assisting a large tech company who failed to report a previous change in ownership with applying for a new sponsor licence and transferring its sponsored workers to the new licence;
Advising clients on nationality applications where there have been excess absences and other complications such as PCNs/FPNs.
