Jessica is a Paralegal within the Immigration Team, having joined in October 2018.
She assists corporate clients with applications made under the Points Based System, both in-country and out of country. As a young entrepreneur, with over 5 years’ experience running her own retail business, Jessica is sensitive to the needs of corporate clientele. She prioritises immigration compliance and a seamless delivery of service often within short deadlines.
Jessica is also involved in preparing applications for indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship by naturalisation. In addition, she has assisted the Global Immigration Team in advising on consular processing for short-term business travel, including Schengen visas.
Jessica studied a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business degree (majoring in Accounting) at the University of Technology, Sydney. Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Jessica worked as a Paralegal at Infomedia Ltd and interned at Morawski & Partners, a city law firm in Warsaw, Poland. She was an member of the UTS law society and participant in the International Legal Internship Programme.
Jessica is passionate about fashion design, supporting young entrepreneurs and photography. She is an active community member, who was recently involved in organising the TedX Square Mile Event in London.
