Emily Halcrow is a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory team. Emily joined Kingsley Napley in January 2019 as a Case Support Paralegal before progressing as a Legal Assistant in October 2019.
Emily investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, conviction, ill-health, and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Emily has experience working with a variety of regulatory bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council, the Architects Registration Board and the General Optical Council.
Emily obtained her undergraduate law degree from the University of Warwick in 2018.
