Elliot is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Kingsley Napley. Elliot’s practice covers a wide-range of areas but he has a particular interest in civil fraud and professional negligence related disputes. Elliot also acts in high-value international arbitrations.
Elliot has strong experience attending high-court trials as well as mediations and arbitration hearings. He is experienced in acting for clients in relation to corporate and contractual disputes, multi-jurisdictional fraud cases, asset tracing, freezing injunctions and search orders.
Successfully defending a large energy and aviation company against allegations brought by a former CEO that a previous judgment against the CEO had been obtained by fraud.
Acting for a cosmetics distribution company in response to a freezing injunction and search order obtained by a global cosmetics company.
Acting for an international law firm in defence of a claim for professional negligence brought against a partner.
Acting for an international law firm in defence of a claim for professional negligence, breach of trust and unlawful means conspiracy brought against a former partner.
Acting for a property development company bringing a claim for professional negligence against a well-known law firm.
Acting for the special purpose vehicle of an ultra-high-net worth individual in an LLMA arbitration relating to the sale of a superyacht.

Elliot has a Theology degree from Durham University and completed the GDL at the University of Law and the LPC at BPP University (Distinction).
