Elliot is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Kingsley Napley. He has a wide-range of experience in civil fraud, company/shareholder, insurance, commodities, media and professional negligence related disputes.
Elliot has acted on high-profile High Court litigations and international arbitrations. His international work has involved working with the jurisdictions of Mexico, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Elliot has a Theology degree from Durham University and completed the GDL at the University of Law and the LPC at BPP University (Distinction).
Elliot qualified as a solicitor in 2019 at a City law firm and prior to qualification worked as a paralegal within the Dispute Resolution Teams of a Magic Circle and Silver Circle law firm.
