Dean has been a member of the Costs Team since 2018 and works on a broad range of costs matters for Clinical negligence, Dispute resolution, Court of Protection, Crime and Family.
Before joining Kingsley Napley, Dean trained at one of the leading external costs firms in London. Dean has experience in dealing with various costs issues since he started working in the field of costs law in 2013, including the preparation of both paper and electronic bills of costs for provisional/detailed assessment, preparation of Points of Dispute/Points of Reply, settling costs disputes and provides training across the firm when necessary. Dean also prepares schedules and costs submissions in support of both civil and criminal litigation.
Dean is also a certified Legal Project Practitioner.
