Charlotte is a Senior Associate and qualified Costs Lawyer with over 13 years’ experience supporting clients through complex, high-value costs litigation. She advises both receiving and paying parties across all court levels, including the Supreme Court, and is known for her practical, strategic approach to costs management and dispute resolution.
Charlotte’s expertise includes costs budgeting, detailed assessment, and solicitor/client disputes as well as group litigation, funding arrangements and insurance claims. She has advocacy experience at CCMCs, application hearings, and assessments, and prepares costs submissions in both domestic and international arbitration, including the LCIA and International Court of Arbitration. Her work spans a wide range of sectors, including civil litigation, arbitration, crime, immigration, and regulatory matters.
As a qualified Legal Project Practitioner, Charlotte leads the firm’s legal project management practice, working closely with clients, insurers, and steering committees stay informed and in control of risks, costs, and progress.
