Court of Protection Update – When is it in P’s best interests to terminate a pregnancy?
Anna is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution department. She deals with a broad range of contentious matters involving both individuals and corporate clients. She has experience of litigation in the high court and of settling disputes through mediation or negotiation.
Anna studied law and French at the National University of Ireland in Galway, and completed an Erasmus year at the University of Liège in Belgium. She was awarded the Gamlen Prize by the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society in 2015. Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Anna worked at a niche firm in central London, where she advised clients on all aspects of immigration law.
Anna is a member of the firm’s Charity Committee and has been involved in a number initiatives aimed at addressing issues affecting the local community. She has carried out pro bono work for Amicus, a charity which helps provide representation for those facing the death penalty in the United States.
