Alex is a dual qualified UK Solicitor and US Attorney at Kingsley Napley.
She currently works on the Corporate Immigration Team, assisting clients with Sponsor License Applications, Skilled Worker visas, Senior or Mobility Specialist visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement), and Naturalization applications. She also has experience with Visitor Visas under the Permitted Paid Engagement and Creative Visitor Visa categories.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Alex worked as a Staff Attorney at an immigration firm based in Washington, DC, in their International Practice Department, where she assisted corporate immigration clients.
In April 2021, Alex was seconded to one of Kingsley Napley’s larger corporate immigration clients to provide on-site assistance in their Global Mobility and Immigration Department.
Alex received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from Elon University in 2015.
She subsequently earned a Juris Doctorate in December 2019, receiving an award for outstanding achievement in Pro Bono Service for her work in the Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic on campus.
Alex holds an active US Bar license from the District of Columbia Bar Association in Washington, DC.
Alex enjoys volunteering in the kitchen at the Felix Project in East London, which helps rescue food waste and redistributes it to local charities.
