Removal of trustees – factors a court will consider

Following a competitive tender process, Kingsley Napley LLP has joined the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) legal panel, it was announced today.
Kingsley Napley’s SRA client team involves specialisms from across the firm advising on interventions, representation in recovery litigation including tracing actions or injunctions, defending and pursuing judicial review applications, regulatory appeals and defending and pursuing other claims on the SRA’s behalf, as well as providing other types of legal advice on regulatory issues.
The addition of the SRA to Kingsley Napley’s client roster further emphasises the firm’s strengths in litigation and regulation and its reputation for excellence in this area. It also demonstrates the holistic advice the firm is able to provide to professional regulators.
The SRA’s client relationship partner, Richard Foss, will lead the Kingsley Napley team which includes expertise from the market-leading professional regulation and public law teams. He will be supported by Julie Norris and Adam Chapman in his role.
