The use of Non-disclosure agreements in sexual misconduct and discrimination cases is back in the headlines. Iain Miller, Partner in Legal Services Regulation writes for The Times discussing NDA's reform.
There is still time for the legal profession to address concerns, but if left too long then legislators will step in.
However, unless the profession can provide an alternative pretty fast then it’s looking increasingly likely legislation will become the default option.
