We are delighted to announce our improved ranking in 'The Sunday Times' 100 Best Companies to Work For' survey for the third year running, coming in at 23rd place in the 2016 listing and securing a 3 star accreditation. The firm has been consistently recognised for its "outstanding" levels of staff engagement and its "positive working environment".
Linda Woolley, Managing Partner said:
"I am immensely proud of this result since ensuring a positive firm culture and employee engagement have been important priorities for me in my role. I believe these factors set us apart as a firm both in the way that colleagues interact and in the team cooperation and commitment which comes across to clients. This survey recognises and rewards the efforts of all at our firm and deservedly so."
The full results of the survey were published here on 28 February.
