Kingsley Napley LLP is delighted to announce that it has been ranked as one of the 2014 Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for. The winners were announced at the awards dinner last night held at the Battersea Evolution.
Whilst the firm conducts its own internal engagement surveys on an annual basis, this is the first time the firm has entered into this process. The firm is particularly proud that it has been recognised externally on its first attempt for achieving outstanding levels of staff engagement and demonstrating a commitment to creating a positive working environment for its people. The firm has been ranked at number 49.
The rankings are compiled according to the results of a wide reaching survey undertaken at firm level. The questions seek the views of firm members on its leadership and management, the level of commitment and engagement to the firm as an organisation, pay and benefits, personal well-being, CSR and feelings towards colleagues.
Jemimah Cook, HR Director at Kingsley Napley, said:
“What is particularly pleasing about our performance in this prestigious survey is the fact it directly reflects the opinions of our people. It’s encouraging to know that our values and culture are widely shared, but we will not rest on our laurels. We are determined to act on the feedback to improve further our employee engagement.”
Kingsley Napley LLP has also achieved the outstanding two star Best Companies to work for accreditation. The star rating system acknowledges organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement, fulfilment and staff motivation. Only 176 organisations were accredited as outstanding out of 897 who applied for accreditation in total.
Commenting on the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For ranking and the outstanding accreditation, Linda Woolley, Kingsley Napley Managing Partner said:
“We are delighted to be recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For on our first attempt. It is really rewarding to know that our values and culture are shared around the firm and are becoming more and more embedded. We chose to enter this process as it provides a firm wide focus and looks at the experience of working here. This achievement is a testament to all that work at the firm and who are committed to its success and its future.”
The full results of the ‘Best Companies’ 2014 survey will be published in the Sunday Times on 2 March.
