Kingsley Napley is pleased to announce that Andrew Sanderson has joined the firm to lead a new Transport practice within its Regulatory team.
His expertise in the sports, leisure and security sectors will also enhance the firm’s existing capabilities in these areas.
Andrew is a seasoned Health and Safety practitioner with over 20 years’ experience of responding to all aspects of regulatory enforcement. He frequently represents clients before the Traffic Commissioners, the Transport Appeal Tribunal, and at Coroners’ Inquests.
Andrew joins as a partner from Fieldfisher where he spent the last 10 years as a partner. He is a Solicitor-Advocate with rights of audience in the Higher Courts, both Criminal and Civil.

Andrew is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK), Member of the Institute of Transport Administration, Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Carmen. Andrew is also a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and Chairman of the National Security & Resilience Consortium.
