Kingsley Napley launches Landed Estates Practice with the Appointment of Charles Richardson as Partner

We're pleased to announce that Charles Richardson has joined the firm as a Partner to lead the firm’s multi-disciplinary Landed Estates practice.

Charles joins from Hunters Law LLP, where he became a Partner in 2018, and has a plethora of experience advising landowners and their families in their personal and business affairs. On top of a well-established general Private Client practice, he provides specialist advice on the tax and succession planning issues that arise around landed estates and inherited wealth, be that acting for families, trustees, or executors.

Charles’s experience includes acting for some of the most significant landed estates by size and value in the country. He is recommended by both Spears and Legal 500 for his expertise in tax, trusts, probate and succession planning and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Kingsley Napley has a long tradition of providing a comprehensive range of legal services to High Net Worth clients with landed wealth and heritage property assets, from the creation of trusts and pre-nuptial agreements, to disputes over the restoration of listed properties and the inheritance of rural estates.

Charles joins the firm’s Private Client practice, and will work closely with its Family, Corporate, Tax, Real Estate, Employment, and Immigration teams to develop its work in this area and to provide clients with a proactive, seamless and relationship - driven service.
