Kingsley Napley LLP is proud to announce three new partners as part of its annual promotions round.
This brings the total number of partners at the firm to an all-time high of 82 (53% female, one of the largest Top100 ratios).
Those who have been made up to partner, with effect from the beginning of this month, are:
- Richard Clayman – Richard works in the Dispute Resolution practice, with a particular focus on civil fraud cases and disputes involving shareholders, directors and partnerships. He acts for both claimants and defendants, often in complex, multi jurisdiction and high value claims. He joined Kingsley Napley in 2019 from Peters & Peters.
- Matthew Hardcastle – Matt works in the General Crime team specialising in law enforcement investigations, youth crime, and sexual misconduct in the workplace investigations. He acts for young people accused of serious criminal offences and has advised several high profile individuals and employers on #MeToo related matters. He is an expert in police station representation as well criminal investigations conducted by the SFO and other agencies. He combines his practice with authorship – having co-authored various practitioners’ books on police station law and procedure.
- Stacey Nevin – Stacey works in the Family & Divorce team. She advises UK and international clients on all aspects of family law, including complex financial issues on divorce and private children cases. She has particular expertise in international family issues and cross-border disputes, and financial cases involving trust arrangements. Stacey is also a family mediator working with couples to help them resolve issues arising from their separation without the need to attend court. She joined Kingsley Napley in 2016 from Howard Kennedy.
