Rebecca Niblock, Partner in our Criminal Litigation team comments in Free Movement on how the UK government's recent decision to not seek to participate in the European Arrest Warrant scheme could hinder a EU extradition deal.
Rebecca looks at if the EU would be willing to consider a Norway - Iceland style extradition agreement for the UK whilst considering the 'trust' factors between member states which could also further hinder a potential EU extradition deal.

Rebecca Niblock is a partner in Kingsley Napley’s criminal litigation team.
