UK should reinstate sexual harassment law - Richard Fox writes letter in Financial Times

Richard Fox, Head of Employment, writes a letter in Financial Times in which he suggests that the government should reinstate Section 40 of The Equality Act 2010 as a starting point in order to be seen to take action in relation to the whole area of sexual misconduct in the workplace.
