YouGov poll shows strong support for law reform on nuptial agreements
A YouGov poll* commissioned by law firm Kingsley Napley shows that a majority of the UK public (55%) think pre- and post- nuptial agreements are a good idea in principle, whilst a striking 60% support the idea of law reform so that these agreements are automatically upheld on divorce1.

Private judging becomes the norm for resolving financial aspects of divorce
Wealthy couples are increasingly by-passing the public, slow and chronically underfunded family court system to resolve the financial aspects of their divorce with the help of a private judge, especially in London, according to law firm Kingsley Napley.
